Meetings with executives and other key people are used to learn their views regarding the strengths and challenges of the business and their own individual needs and goals. Together we will define each key persons leadership role in achieving the vision

Additional data collection methods will also be used, such as interviews, site tours, company data, customer focus meetings and surveys.

Design

Experiential Product
Together, we create a series of highly experiential workshops with on-site or over the phone follow-ups. Each will be personalized addressing the specific challenges of the teams and individuals. Our trainings are designed to draw out solutions from the participants to create action items with practical, effective applications. The creative nature of our services i.e. horses, Native American traditions, experiential out-of-the-office activities, constantly produces progressive results.

Personalized Metrics
Together, we determine what metrics will be used to measure the success of program. The metrics will be used in the evaluation phase to determine the results and where modifications can be made to take your organization to the next level- meeting and exceeding your goals.

Trainings

Follow-Up
Each training activity will have a series of follow-up meetings with the team of participants. These will either be on-site or over the phone. Here, continued support will be given to ensure roll-out of the action items, accountability of each member and guidance for the leader.

Evaluate

Metrics
At the certain pre-determined intervals the metrics are applied and the results will determine the next steps. At this point we will know the efficacy of the personalized program we have created together.

Training is a Process, Not an Event
This is where we determine our next steps. This could take the shape of continued monthly trainings with the rest of your organization to exceed your goals, bimonthly meetings with the top management for further refinement, additional coaching for selected participants or yearly retreats for selected teams or executives. The possibilities here are endless.
