The goal of HairOnFire is to collaborate with individuals, groups, and corporations to help them grow, expand, and evolve by providing opportunities to learn and transform.

HairOnFire provides people the tools that allow them to stop and think about their actions and reactions to situations, experiences, and to identify their personal belief systems. We accomplish these goals through a series of customized, facilitated experiences designed to foster personal growth and enhance professional success.

Horses are active participants in learning situations; they reflect the emotions and energy of the people around them and offer a genuine interpretation of reality, not as we wish it to be, but rather, as it is, without bias, manipulation, or hidden human agendas. Through equine experiential learning exercises, HairOnFire helps individuals learn to differentiate fact from opinion, truth from fiction, and authenticity from projection.

Our team of experts at HairOnFire facilitate customized Equine (horse) Assisted Learning (EAL) programs – targeting professional development and personal growth - in the form of retreats, seminars, and workshops.

Our facilitators help people identify and reflect on incongruencies between intentions and behavior, exploring the "shoulds" "ought to's" and "need to's" that often stand in the way of making sustainable personal change. Together, we uncover the keys to building healthy relationships - and self acceptance - your foundation for personal fulfillment, happiness at home and success at work.

Horses assist people to recognize the power of non-verbal communication, judgments and assumptions, and interdependencies found in organizational and family systems. Horses offer an “honest mirror” for you to identify your choices, helping you polish interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
